Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Service Portal pages, themes, and layouts
Build and enhance custom Service Portal widgets using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and JavaScript
Develop and maintain Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, and Script Includes
Integrate Service Portal with backend ServiceNow processes (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, custom apps)
Optimize portal performance, responsiveness, and accessibility standards
Implement secure data access using ACLs and user criteria
Collaborate with UX, business, and platform teams to deliver user‑centric solutions
Support testing, UAT, defect fixes, and post‑production support
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and upgrade compatibility
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal and custom widget development
Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3
Solid understanding of GlideScript, Script Includes, GlideAjax
Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge)
Working knowledge of REST APIs and integrations
Experience with Update Sets, scoped applications, and ATF (preferred)
Good to Have
Experience with UI Builder / Workspaces
Exposure to CSM, HRSD, or custom applications
ServiceNow CSA / CAD / CIS certifications
Basic UI/UX design principles and accessibility standard
