Skillset and Responsibilities:
ITSM Implementation & Support
- Configure and customize ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB.
- Design and maintain workflows, Flow Designer, and Business Rules.
- Implement Service Catalog and Record Producers.
- Handle integrations with third-party systems.
Development & Coding
- Develop client-side and server-side scripts:
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- UI Actions
- Write optimized JavaScript for ServiceNow platform.
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations.
- Create custom applications using ServiceNow Studio.
Performance & Quality
- Follow ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize scripts for performance.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform unit testing and code reviews.
Documentation & Collaboration
- Prepare technical documentation.
- Work closely with stakeholders and business teams.
- Support UAT and production deployments.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer.
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM.
- Proficiency in:
- JavaScript
- Glide API
- Script Includes
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Experience with:
- Flow Designer
- REST APIs
- MID Server
- CMDB
- Good understanding of ACLs and security.
- Designed, developed, and implemented several integrations (OOB and custom using REST).
- Supported Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management implementations.
Functional Skills
- ITIL framework knowledge.
- Incident, Change, Problem Management processes.
- Requirement analysis and solution design.
Soft Skills
- Good communication skills.

Qualifications and Background
- 4 year and more IT experience and in ServiceNow
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- Good understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
