Job details:
- 6-10 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in multiple roles (Sr. Developer / Developer / Business Analyst etc.)
· Manage the entire software asset lifecycle: request, procurement, deployment, usage, renewal, and retirement
· Maintain an accurate software inventory across on‑prem, cloud, hybrid, and SaaS environments
· Ensure license compliance with vendor agreements (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, IBM, Adobe)
· Prepare for and support software vendor audits and internal compliance reviews
· Analyse license usage and recommend cost optimization and re-harvesting opportunities
· Govern software standards, policies, and SAM processes
· Work with procurement and finance for renewals, true-ups, and contract negotiations
· Generate and present compliance, usage, and cost reports to stakeholders
· Support cloud and SaaS license management (Azure, M365, AWS, etc.)
· Implement and manage SAM tools (ServiceNow SAM, SCCM, etc.)
· Good hands-on on all publisher packs (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, IBM, Adobe, Citrix), Home grown, SaaS based applications & integration
- Normalization, reconciliation along with pattern configuration knowledge
- Proficient and Proven track record in independently managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for CMDB & SAM Pro
- Proven track record as a platform owner / lead for mid/large ServiceNow deployments for global organizations
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow versions, features and licensing models.
- Must have good communication and articulation skills with experience interacting with C-Suite stakeholders
- Must have experience in independently driving discovery, design and ‘art of possible’ workshops with customers and can identify and map business requirements against platform capabilities.
