Role Overview
The Senior ServiceNow Developer (TSM & OMT) is responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting telecom-specific solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, strong domain knowledge of telecommunications workflows, and leadership in guiding end-to-end implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Development
- Configure and customize ServiceNow TSM and OMT modules.
- Build telecom order flows, product catalogs, and service models.
- Develop workflows, client/server scripts, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
- Implementation & Delivery
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of TSM & OMT.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and guide agile sprint delivery.
- Document technical designs and maintain system configurations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 5β10 years in ServiceNow development, with at least 3+ years in TSM & OMT modules.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, TSM, and OMT.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with telecom order orchestration and product catalog workflows.
- Domain Knowledge: Telecommunications processes, order management, and service delivery models.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) β ITSM/CSM/TSM/OMT.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise telecom implementations.
