Job Summary
LPL Financial Corp is seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust solutions within our ServiceNow platform, enhancing IT service management and business processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, and GRC.
- Design and implement custom workflows, business rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and script includes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using various integration methods (e.g., REST, SOAP, MID Servers).
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance of developed solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, development guides, and user manuals.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and GlideScript.
- Familiarity with various integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
