📝 Role Overview
— Build and deploy GenAI solutions on ServiceNow (NowAssist, AI Agents, Workflow Data Fabric) — Implement Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, NLP, analytics across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD — Develop custom ServiceNow apps, workflows, automations using scripting best practices
— Design and support enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, cloud‑to‑cloud)
— Configure CMDB, Discovery, service maps, event management for IT operations
— Manage SDLC activities including development, testing, deployment, and production support
