About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team at UST. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance our clients' IT service management capabilities. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration within the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and a deep understanding of ITSM processes, enabling them to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that align with enterprise goals.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Workflows/Flow Designer
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other enterprise integration methods
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow data model, tables, forms, and platform architecture
- Hands-on experience with Service Portal, UI customization, and usability enhancements
- Experience supporting or developing solutions across modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, SecOps, ITOM, and CSM
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
The ServiceNow Developer at UST will be responsible for a broad range of technical and functional tasks, including but not limited to:
- Designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet client requirements
- Developing and maintaining scripts, workflows, and automation processes within the ServiceNow platform
- Implementing and managing integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other protocols
- Configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, SecOps, ITOM, and CSM to optimize service delivery
- Creating and enhancing user interfaces through Service Portal and UI customization for improved usability and user experience
- Collaborating with business analysts, system administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of ServiceNow instances
- Ensuring compliance with best practices, security standards, and platform governance
- Documenting technical designs, configurations, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing
