With a strong commitment to fostering innovation, diversity, and excellence, the company specializes in providing comprehensive recruitment solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of its clients. Our mission is to facilitate seamless talent acquisition processes, ensuring organizations can build dynamic and resilient teams that drive growth and success in a competitive global landscape. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity, and client satisfaction, making us a trusted partner for both candidates and employers.
About The Role
We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Remote Senior ServiceNow Developer focusing on SecOps & GRC for an international organization. This is a full-time contractor position requiring availability during CET working hours. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and automation, with a specific emphasis on security operations and governance, risk, and compliance modules. The role involves leading the design, development, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions to streamline security workflows, ensure compliance, and mitigate risks. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with security, risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe platform solutions that align with industry best practices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. They should have more than five years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform, demonstrating a proven track record of solution architecture ownership for SecOps and GRC modules. Deep expertise in designing end-to-end workflows, automation, and integrations using ServiceNow best practices is essential. Candidates must possess a solid understanding of ITIL principles, security, and compliance standards. Fluency in English is mandatory, with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow SecOps, primarily focusing on Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR) modules.
- Own the end-to-end solution delivery for SecOps workflows, including intake, correlation, prioritization, remediation, and reporting processes.
- Design and support GRC capabilities such as Policy & Compliance, Risk Assessment, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and Business Continuity Management (BCM), ensuring traceability across risks, controls, and issues.
- Act as an independent solution designer, making architecture decisions aligned with ServiceNow best practices and scalable platform design.
- Review business and security requirements to promote a configuration-first approach, challenging unnecessary customization and minimizing technical debt.
- Implement integrations with security tools (e.g., Tenable, SIEM solutions) and leverage Flow Designer, Playbooks, and Integration Hub for automation and streamlined workflows.
- Develop high-quality, upgrade-safe solutions primarily using scripting only when strictly necessary, adhering to ServiceNow development standards.
- Ensure effective use of CMDB and CSDM frameworks to enable accurate risk and vulnerability prioritization.
- Collaborate with security, risk, compliance, and audit teams to translate domain requirements into effective platform solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, support platform governance, and ensure solutions are secure, compliant, performant, and audit-ready.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather, refine, and document requirements, including user stories and technical specifications.
- Maintain and update technical documentation for implemented features and improvements.
- Contribute to the development of standardized processes and reusable solutions to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution, to ensure quality delivery.
