About The Role
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team at UST. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT service management capabilities for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, scripting, and integration capabilities. The ServiceNow Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, optimize existing workflows, and ensure seamless platform performance. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background with hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in scripting, integrations, and platform customization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities, are essential for success in this role. Prior experience supporting or developing solutions across various ServiceNow modules will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet client requirements.
- Customize ServiceNow platform components including forms, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and workflows to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other enterprise integration tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Support and optimize existing ServiceNow instances, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation related to development processes, configurations, and integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure quality standards are met.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow platform features and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions.
