- Flow Designer & Workflow Development
- Reports & Dashboards
- Production Support & Maintenance
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
- Build workflows and automation using Flow Designer
- Resolve ITSM production support issues
- Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs
- Configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, and Formatters
- Develop reports and dashboards as required
- Build integrations with external applications
- Adhere to platform governance and support processes
