Role : ServiceNow Developer
Location : Kolkata(Remote)
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, and client scripts
• Customize modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog
• Build catalog items, service portals, and automated workflows
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Troubleshoot issues and support testing cycles
Required Skills
• Strong experience with ServiceNow development
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, AngularJS
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer
• Understanding of ITIL processes
Certification
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
