- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping)
- ITAM (HAM/SAM Pro)
- HRSD
- GRC / IRM
- SecOps (Security Operations)
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
- App Engine / Custom Applications
👉 Candidates with strong experience in any of the above modules are encouraged to apply.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Customize applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes
- Work with Flow Designer, Workflows, and Service Catalog
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Configure ACLs, Notifications, Reports, and Dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design
- Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and platform governance
✅ Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development (3+ years)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript & Glide APIs
- Experience in at least one ServiceNow module (mentioned above)
- Exposure to IntegrationHub / APIs
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture & best practices
⭐ Good to Have
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, or DevOps tools
- Exposure to Performance Analytics / Virtual Agent / Now Mobile
