Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise across Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), ITSM, and ITOM modules. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions to support enterprise IT operations and asset lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM modules
- Customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
- Manage CMDB, Discovery, and asset lifecycle processes
- Build scalable automation using ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Support integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Participate in testing, deployment, and production support
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Hands-on experience with ITSM and ITOM implementations
- Strong knowledge of HAM and SAM modules
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, workflows, and Flow Designer
- Good understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and asset lifecycle management
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- CIS certification in ITSM / SAM / HAM
- Experience with enterprise ServiceNow implementations
