Role Overview
We are looking for passionate ServiceNow Consultants with hands-on experience across key modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, and GRC. This role involves working closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that address complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including design, configuration, and deployment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Design and develop workflows, automations, and integrations aligned with business objectives
- Configure and customize modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, and GRC
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for actionable insights
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and platform standards
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancements across implementations
- Work on integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers) with third-party systems
- Actively contribute to solution design discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development/consulting
- Strong expertise in at least one core module: ITSM / ITOM / SPM / ITAM / GRC
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, and MID Server setup
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Familiarity with workflow automation, catalog development, and UI customization
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is mandatory
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to multiple ServiceNow modules
- Additional certifications (ITSM, ITOM, or other module-specific)
- Experience working in client-facing or consulting roles
