Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow Developer & Administrator at Everincodeh Technology. The role involves designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow modules to support IT service management, workflows, and automation across diverse client environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining ServiceNow applications, creating and optimizing scripts, business rules, and integrations, and ensuring platform stability, performance, and security. The professional will manage user administration, roles, and access controls, perform system upgrades, and monitor incidents, requests, and change management within ServiceNow. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, document configurations, and provide user support and training is a key aspect of the position.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, with experience building APIs, integrations, and server-side logic.
- Hands-on Software Development experience, particularly in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise applications.
- Solid Programming skills, with ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and applying OOP concepts to large-scale systems.
- Practical experience with ServiceNow development and administration, including scripting (e.g., JavaScript) and configuration of core modules.
- Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes and best practices for incident, problem, change, and request management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a strong plus.
