We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance a global ServiceNow platform within an international enterprise environment. In this role, you will collaborate with globally distributed teams across the US, EU, Asia, and Mexico to deliver scalable and business-focused ServiceNow solutions.
You will contribute to application development, technical solution design, and continuous platform improvement while following Agile, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering practices.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Your tasks
- Leading and delivering ServiceNow-related IT projects using sound engineering practices
- Maintaining and enhancing the global ServiceNow platform using DevOps and SRE principles
- Collaborating with Business Analysts to design scalable technical solutions aligned with business needs
- Performing feasibility assessments and proof-of-concept activities for new requirements
- Translating business requirements into technical solution designs and implementation plans
- Developing and supporting custom ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements
- Collaborating with globally distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones
- Supporting Agile and Scrum delivery processes within hybrid working environments
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Practical experience with the ServiceNow HR module
- Experience developing or supporting custom ServiceNow applications
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and SRE practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create technical documentation in English
- Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable working in hybrid environments with limited face-to-face collaboration
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
Nice to have
- Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments
- Familiarity with technical architecture and solution design activities
- Exposure to PoC delivery and feasibility analysis
- Understanding of global IT service delivery models
