🚀 ServiceNow Delivery Manager (Remote | India)
Location: Remote (India)
Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (UK overlap)

Our client is a specialized, India-based ServiceNow Build Partner working with UK and US ISV clients to develop custom applications for the ServiceNow Store.
Unlike traditional ServiceNow firms that focus on ITSM or enterprise implementations, this team operates in a high-quality, niche app development environment, delivering production-grade solutions that are resold globally.
They are known for:
- Working directly with international product companies (ISVs)
- Building custom ServiceNow applications (not module configurations)
- Maintaining high delivery and certification standards in a small, focused team
🔍 About the Role
We’re hiring a ServiceNow Delivery Manager to own delivery across multiple ServiceNow app projects.
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role, not a PMO or reporting position. You will directly manage execution, quality, and client communication in a lean, high-ownership setup.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery of 3–6 concurrent ServiceNow app projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for UK/US clients
- Drive timelines, risk management, and stakeholder expectations
- Enforce quality standards and best practices (including release blocking if required)
- Design and improve delivery processes, frameworks, and governance
- Coordinate closely with developers and architects
⚠️ Important Context (Read Before Applying)
- This is a Build Partner environment (app development) — not ITSM rollout work
- Requires end-to-end ownership, not just tracking or coordination
- Small team → no PMO layers, high accountability
- Must be comfortable working in UK business hours
- Must be able to join within 4 weeks
✅ Must-Have Requirements
- 6–10 years total experience with 4+ years in ServiceNow delivery
- Strong experience in custom ServiceNow application development
- Solid understanding of:
- Scoped applications, workflows, ACLs
- Update sets, best practices, instance health checks
- Experience working with international clients (UK/US preferred)
- Proven ability to design or improve delivery processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
➕ Good to Have
- Experience with ServiceNow Store / ISV / Build Partner model
- Background in small or mid-sized ServiceNow firms
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS / ITIL)
- Familiarity with Instance Health Scan / ATF

- You rely heavily on PMO/process-driven environments
- You are a developer recently transitioned into delivery
- Your work is limited to ITSM/HR/CSM configurations
