Working Hours: 12 PM IST to 10 PM IST (flexible based on project needs)
Compensation: Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate with strong Agentic AI & Now Assist experience.
Role Overview
Work4Flow is looking for a highly driven ServiceNow Delivery Lead / Architect who can lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow programs while driving adoption of Now Assist and Agentic AI capabilities.
In this role, you will work closely with customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions across ITSM, CSM, and HRSD. You will play a key role in shaping AI-led transformations and ensuring successful deployment of next-generation ServiceNow capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow engagements across multiple modules
- Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies across projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure high-quality delivery
Solution Architecture
- Design scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements
- Ensure alignment with out-of-the-box best practices while minimizing unnecessary customization
- Drive architectural decisions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and platform capabilities
AI & Automation Enablement
- Lead implementation and adoption of Now Assist and Agentic AI workflows
- Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI and automation across ServiceNow implementations
- Ensure platform readiness, data quality, and configuration alignment for AI capabilities
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead customer discussions, workshops, and solution walkthroughs
- Mentor and guide junior team members and developers
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and delivery
- Strong experience in leading end-to-end ServiceNow projects
- Deep understanding of ITSM, CSM and HRSD
- Experience with Now Assist and Agentic AI within the ServiceNow ecosystem (required)
- Strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive delivery outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or equivalent)
- Experience with Virtual Agent, AI Search, or automation frameworks
- Exposure to GenAI-driven implementations or AI-led transformation programs
