Intelibliss Hiring: ServiceNow CSM Solution Architect / CSM Designer
Location: Gurgaon (Preferred) | Remote option available
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions for a telecom domain client.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions.
• Design and integrate third-party systems using Orchestration, Integration Hub, REST APIs, and other integration frameworks.
• Configure and optimize custom SLAs, Playbooks, dashboards, and advanced reporting for customer service teams.
• Design and develop intuitive Service Portal experiences with custom widgets.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ServiceNow development teams.
• Ensure high-quality delivery by reviewing solutions, best practices, and technical implementations.
Required Skills & Experience:
· 7+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
· Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow CSM
· Experience as a Solution Architect / CSM Architect
· Mandatory Certifications: CSA & CIS-CSM
· Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, workflows, and CSM implementation
