🔹 Job Description
We are hiring experienced ServiceNow professionals with strong CSM expertise for a strategic engagement. Candidates must have hands-on experience in CSM implementation, integrations, and enterprise-scale deployments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions across business requirements
- Configure and customize CSM modules (Case, Knowledge, SLA, Workflows)
- Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Participate in end-to-end implementation lifecycle (design to deployment)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
🔹 Required Skills
- Minimum 5+ years in ServiceNow with strong CSM module experience
- Hands-on implementation and integration experience (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, APIs)
- Exposure to ServiceNow architecture/design (for Architect role)
- Good understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes
🔹 Preferred
- Certifications: CSA / CAD / CIS-CSM
- Experience in large enterprise environments
🔹 Key Requirement
👉 Strong and proven experience in ServiceNow CSM is mandatory
