π Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) professional to join our team as a Custom Software Engineer / SME. In this role, you will drive the development of scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with business needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
πΌ Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow CSM
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions
- Lead and guide the team to ensure high-quality delivery
- Translate business requirements into functional applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues
- Drive knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior team members
- Ensure adherence to SDLC and agile methodologies
π οΈ Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with modern programming languages & frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
π― Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow CSM
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
