🔍 Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Developer to design and build scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical discussions, and play a key role in delivering innovative ServiceNow-based solutions.
💡 Roles & Responsibilities
- Work independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ServiceNow CSM
- Actively participate in team discussions and solution design
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
- Develop, customize, and enhance ServiceNow CSM modules
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Contribute to continuous improvement and agile delivery processes
🛠️ Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
- ServiceNow Certification (Mandatory)
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with modern programming languages & frameworks
- Expertise in API integrations and system connectivity
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow CSM
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
