Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant who can take end-to-end ownership of ITOM implementations. This is a high-visibility role where you will work directly with stakeholders, drive strategy, and contribute to scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules:
Discovery
Service Mapping
Event Management
CMDB
Drive end-to-end ITOM solutioning, from requirement gathering to deployment
Own CMDB strategy, data quality, and governance
Configure and manage MID Servers, troubleshoot and optimize Discovery
Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, SolarWinds, etc.)
Collaborate with business & technical stakeholders for solution design
Mentor junior team members and guide best practices
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM
Strong expertise in Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure (Servers, Network, Cloud)
Hands-on with JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP integrations
Experience in CMDB data model & CSDM framework
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
