Must Have:
- • Having Experience in implementing end-to-end Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Asset Management, Change Management and Release Management with extensive knowledge on Content Management System.
- • ServiceNow experience in implementation, design, Development, documentation, deployment and postproduction support following software lifecycle and SDLC SCRUM.
- • Extensive experience on Technical Implementation of various ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM & ITOM modules such as Knowledge Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Vendor Management, Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), Discovery and Custom Applications.
- • Expertise in configuring Applications using Service-Now tool used in ITIL Management. Strong understanding of ITIL V3. Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as experience delivering medium to large scale Service Now implementations.
- • Experience in Installation and Configuration of different modules of Service-Now.
- • In-depth knowledge of the technical implementation of Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Configuration Management, Reporting, Discovery and Integrations.
- • Hands on experience on developing and maintaining the HRMS and HRSD modules and required workflows.
- • Experience with complex integrations within the ITSM environment such as ServiceNow-Siebel, ServiceNow - Web Service integration with third party applications.
- • Experienced in SOAP/REST integration, Web Services, workflow and CMDB.
- • Experienced in using Glide Form Scripting for creating UI Actions and Business rules.
- • Experienced in Design and engineer solutions leveraging all appropriate components offered by Service-Now to answer the needs for business workflows, ticketing or other ITSM requirements.
- • Expertise in Configuration and customization of Help Desk, Change/Incident/Problem/asset Management Modules including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Service Mapping, Dictionary Overrides, UI Policies and UI Actions based on user requirements.
- • Experience in designing, creating, monitoring, modifying, and publishing service catalog workflows with approvals.
- • Hands on development of dashboards, widgets, indicators & breakdowns and partnering with ServiceNow Application Development teams as required.
- • Good Knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management Services: Business Services and Configuration Item relationships.
- • Worked on CMDB from scratch.
- • Involved in Requirement gathering for Virtual Agent.
- • Developed many Intents and NLUs.
- • Integration of ServiceNow with PagerDuty.
- • Monitoring SNOW for ServiceNow Integration.
- • Excellent experience in designing and developing Service Catalog, Catalog items.
- • Experience in designing and developing record producers.
- • Experience in managing roles, users and groups in ServiceNow.
- • Hands-on experience in Client and Server-side Scripting.
- • Implemented Discovery, Orchestration, CMDB, Performance Analytics, Project Portfolio management, Software and Hardware Asset Management, Service Catalogs, HR Case Management, Legal Management Release Management and Scoped Applications for multiple customer accounts.
- • Excellent knowledge and experience in Configuring Email Notifications and Scripting Inbound Email actions.
- • Involvement in Release management activities like, creating implementation plans, migrating update sets, managing release end to end schedule Clones across non-prod instances.
- • Hands-on experience in web development using HTML, JavaScript, API, CSS, AngularJS and application development using Java / J2EE, JSP.
