Role Description
Worley is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB/HAM Integration Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The specialist will be responsible for managing and integrating ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). Daily tasks include developing and maintaining integrations, troubleshooting system issues, ensuring optimal performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with business requirements. The specialist will also provide technical expertise to design robust configuration solutions and create documentation for system processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess system functionality and resolve complex challenges
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in Integration and troubleshooting of ServiceNow CMDB/HAM systems
- Proficiency in Software Development to support system customization and enhancement
- Ability to adapt to dynamic and evolving project requirements
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and certifications in ServiceNow modules preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
