Must-Have
Experience Requir: Years of total software engineering/ IT experience. 10+ years of overall ServiceNow platform experience.
- 5+ years of CMDB/Service Mapping experience.
- Εξπεριενχε with application architecture and standard configurations.
- Practical experience with enterprise-scale Service Mapping deployments.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, CSDM and CMDB governance
Training and Certifications:
- ServiceNow Admin Certified (Must Have)
- ServiceNow Service Mapping Implementation Certified. (Must Have)
- ServiceNow Discovery Implementation Certified. (Must Have)
- ServiceNow Event management Implementation Certified.
