Required Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience in ServiceNow CMDB
- Mandatory experience in CMDB implementation
- Expertise in CI Classes, CI Relationships, and CMDB Data Model
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
- Strong understanding of CMDB Health (Completeness, Correctness, Compliance)
- Knowledge of CMDB governance and best practices
- Integration experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem)
- Experience in rollouts and production support
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
