📢 We’re Hiring | ServiceNow CMDB Platform Architect
📍 Location: Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Platform Architect with deep expertise in CMDB architecture, CSDM, ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, Discovery, platform governance, automation, and enterprise integrations.
The ideal candidate will lead the architectural design and evolution of the CMDB while ensuring data quality, scalability, governance, and alignment with ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Own and drive the end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow CMDB.
🔹 Design scalable CMDB solutions ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and long-term maintainability.
🔹 Drive CMDB maturity and structured alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
🔹 Architect and optimize Configuration Management processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
🔹 Design CI lifecycle processes ensuring traceability, governance, and audit readiness.
🔹 Integrate CMDB with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Discovery, cloud platforms, and third-party
enterprise systems.
🔹 Support ServiceNow Discovery and End-of-Life data improvement initiatives across cloud and hybrid environments.
🔹 Develop automation and integration patterns to improve CMDB efficiency and data accuracy.
🔹 Collaborate with platform architects, CMDB managers, engineering teams, IT Security, Compliance, HR, Legal, and Infrastructure teams.
🔹 Define platform integration patterns, governance frameworks, and cross-domain architectural capabilities.
🔹 Produce architecture diagrams, technical documentation, process designs, and knowledge-transfer materials.
🔹 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform scalability and resilience.
Mandatory Skills
✅ Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow CMDB Architecture.
✅ Strong knowledge of CSDM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ServiceNow Discovery.
✅ Experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, automation, scripting, and enterprise integrations.
✅ Strong understanding of CI lifecycle management, data governance, reconciliation, and CMDB data quality.
✅ Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and third-party enterprise systems.
✅ Strong knowledge of Configuration Management and ITIL best practices.
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and experience working with global technical and business teams.
Certifications
⭐ ServiceNow CSA certification preferred/required.
⭐ ServiceNow CIS certification in ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM preferred.
⭐ CSDM certification or accreditation is an advantage.
⭐ ITIL certification is highly desirable.
