Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

Minimum Experience Required: 7+ years
Education:
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) ideally from Tier 1/2 institutions
- Engineering or University degree in Computer Science, Ergonomics, or related field
Key Skills & Competencies
Mandatory Skills:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform
- Expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including PPM, demand, project, resource management, strategic planning, and enterprise architecture planning
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SAFe
- Experience in large-scale transformation projects
- Familiarity with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) is a plus
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively across teams
- Experience in leading workshops and conducting demos

- Experience in working with distributed, multicultural teams
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to advocate for out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions while aligning with business needs
Role Overview
The selected candidate will contribute to the design and implementation of ServiceNow SPM processes and workflows. Acting as a bridge between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners, the candidate will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Translate high-level process definitions into detailed ServiceNow implementation designs (epics, features, user stories)
- Develop product and implementation roadmaps aligned with business goals and ServiceNow best practices
- Lead design workshops with business stakeholders
- Collaborate with other Business Analysts to build and maintain a product backlog
- Promote ServiceNow’s out-of-the-box capabilities while ensuring business requirements are met
- Provide guidance on process improvements and platform capabilities
- Stay updated with ServiceNow product developments to ensure future-proof designs
- Prepare and conduct product demos and proof-of-concept sessions
