Aevis Technologies is looking for a ServiceNow specialist with hands-on experience implementing Business Continuity Management (BCM) to help customers strengthen business resilience and recovery readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow BCM implementation, from requirement workshops and solution design through configuration, testing and go-live.
- Configure Business Impact Analysis (BIA), risk assessments, business continuity plans and disaster recovery plans.
- Define critical business processes, dependencies, recovery priorities, Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
- Implement plan approval workflows, review cycles, continuity exercises and recovery task tracking.
- Integrate BCM with CMDB and relevant enterprise systems to support dependency mapping and reliable data.
- Develop dashboards and reports covering plan readiness, assessment progress and exercise outcomes.
- Support UAT, documentation, user training and post-go-live stabilisation.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience delivering at least one end-to-end ServiceNow BCM implementation.
- Strong understanding of business continuity, disaster recovery and operational resilience processes.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, Flow Designer, business rules, scripting, ACLs and integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and work directly with customer stakeholders.
- Exposure to ServiceNow IRM/GRC and knowledge of ISO 22301 would be an advantage.
- ServiceNow CSA and relevant implementation certifications preferred.
