Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst / Tester (CSM Pro)

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Extendable up to 1 Year)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst / Tester with strong expertise in configuring Customer Service Management (CSM Pro) within the client’s ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation, business analysis, testing, and workflow optimization, preferably in the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement ServiceNow CSM Pro modules in the client environment.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into ServiceNow configurations and functional designs.
- Manage and configure case management, account/contact models, workflows, and related modules.
- Perform functional testing, UAT support, defect tracking, and quality assurance activities.
- Work with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Customize applications using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Application Scope.
- Implement and manage UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and data models.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliverables.
- Support healthcare payer workflows such as member services, claims, and provider interactions.
