Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 9 – 15 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead with strong expertise in enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backend development, integrations, data modelling, and platform architecture, along with the ability to lead teams and drive end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and drive the overall ServiceNow platform strategy and vision
• Design and implement scalable solutions, including architecture design and integration frameworks
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Lead development activities, including build, customization, and deployment
• Perform peer reviews and ensure technical validation of deliverables
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including release notes
• Handle bug fixes and contribute to core platform enhancements
• Guide and mentor team members to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Participate in governance and Scrum meetings
• Support resource planning and release planning activities
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including handling escalations
• Facilitate project phases including training, testing, go-live, and post go-live support

Technical Skills & Requirements

• 9–12+ years of overall IT industry experience
• 10–11 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in:
• ServiceNow Backend Development
• Integrations and Flow Designer
• Entity Mapping and Table Design
• Data Modelling and Data Fabrics
• Kafka Integration
• Hands-on experience in:
• ITSM Implementation
• CMDB and Discovery
• ServiceNow platform customizations
• Working knowledge of:
• JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Automation scripting
