ServiceNow CSM Architect | PAN India | WFH
We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM Architect to lead enterprise-scale Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Location: PAN India
Work Mode: Work From Home
Experience: 8+
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture, design, and governance for ServiceNow CSM implementations
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Drive integrations using REST/SOAP APIs & middleware
• Ensure platform performance, optimization, and upgrade readiness
• Mentor technical teams and establish best practices
Required Skills:
• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM (Case Management, Portal, Knowledge, Omnichannel, etc.)
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
• Enterprise-scale solution architecture and system integration expertise
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Certifications:
• CSA
• CIS – CSM
• ServiceNow Application/System Architect certifications
