Role Description The ServiceNow Architect is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise automation initiatives. Day-to-day activities include defining technical architecture, configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, and ensuring integrations with other enterprise systems are robust and secure. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable designs, guiding development teams, and enforcing architectural standards and best practices. The architect also participates in project planning, provides technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle, and continuously evaluates new ServiceNow and AI capabilities to enhance the platform.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design for enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow solution architecture.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development within ServiceNow (e.g., scripting, configuration, customization) and related technologies.
- Proficiency in system Integration, including REST/SOAP APIs, data flows, and connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and delivery of ServiceNow or similar platform projects.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) and platform configuration best practices.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical designs.
- Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Architect-level credentials) are highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
