Are you an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in ITOM Health, Event Management, and Health Log Analytics (HLA)? Join CGI and be part of delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for global clients.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM Health solutions covering Event Management and Health Log Analytics (HLA).
- Lead client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design.
- Design event ingestion strategies using MID Servers, SNMP, Syslog, REST APIs, Webhooks, and IntegrationHub.
- Implement event normalization, deduplication, correlation, and Event Intelligence/AIOps capabilities.
- Design and optimize CMDB, Service Mapping, and CSDM for accurate service impact analysis.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, SolarWinds, and Prometheus.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and establish coding standards, CI/CD, and release strategies.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and clients to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
✅ Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Health Architect.
- Strong expertise in:
- ServiceNow ITOM
- Event Management
- Health Log Analytics (HLA)
- CMDB & Service Mapping
- MID Server
- IntegrationHub
- REST APIs
- JavaScript / Glide Scripting
- Experience with Event Intelligence / AIOps.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
⭐ Good-to-Have
- ServiceNow CSA, CIS (Event Management/Discovery/Service Mapping), CAD Certifications.
- ITIL v4 Foundation.
- Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, ATF, AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes.
- Exposure to Now Assist for ITOM and GenAI-enabled operations.
