We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Technical Lead / Architect / Consultant to join our growing ServiceNow practice and drive large‑scale enterprise implementations and transformations.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations and transformation programs
- Design architecture‑level solutions aligned with ITIL and industry best practices
- Deliver solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM & SAM), CMDB, and Integrations
- Drive custom application development, integrations, orchestration, and instance consolidation
- Oversee upgrades, migrations, support, and maintenance activities
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
- Review requirements, ensure accurate estimations, and guide delivery
- Monitor license compliance and asset lifecycle management
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
- ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM & SAM), CMDB
- Integrations and Custom Development
- Proven experience leading:
- 3+ ServiceNow transformation projects
- 5+ end‑to‑end implementations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving skills
🎓 Mandatory Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM / HAM / SAM / Discovery)
- ITIL v3 Foundation
