Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Leading the architectural design and technical governance for the ServiceNow platform to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Designing and developing complex workflows, business rules, and custom applications using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
- Coordinating with stakeholders and internal teams to navigate system requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Overseeing system integrations and data flows between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
- Maintaining platform health through routine monitoring, performance tuning, and adherence to configuration management best practices.
- Recommending and implementing process improvements to streamline development lifecycles and platform administration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
- ServiceNow CSA & CAD , CIS - 2mainline certifications.
- Significant experience designing enterprise-scale (5,000+ users) ServiceNow solutions and navigating complex system requirements.
- Proven expertise in full-stack ServiceNow development, including IntegrationHub, Service Portal, and custom application creation.
- Exceptional ability to create and communicate complex technical documentation and architectural diagrams to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Professional (Certified Application Developer or System Architect).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
- ServiceNow Architectural Excellence (ArchX).
- Self-starter with excellent people skills who is able to work across remote teams and drive organizational change.
