Role Summary
We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to define and drive the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with enterprise standards and roadmaps. This role plays a critical part in shaping platform strategy, complex implementations, and integrations across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

- eDefine and own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with enterprise standards and long-term roadmap
- .Design scalable, secure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery
- .Lead CMDB architecture, including data models, CI class structures, and relationship frameworks
- .Architect and manage integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers
- .Oversee advanced configurations and customizations such as Flows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
- .Architect and implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping solutions
- .Ensure CMDB data quality through governance, normalization, reconciliation, and regular audits
- .Translate complex business requirements into scalable and robust technical solutions
- .Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and architecture walkthroughs
