As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be instrumental in designing and overseeing the implementation of advanced ServiceNow solutions across various platforms and modules. By applying your extensive expertise in ServiceNow's capabilities and best practices, you will create powerful solutions that deliver business value, enhance operational efficiency, and align seamlessly with client objectives.
Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology
Qualifications
Overall 8+ years of experience out of which 4+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow-Solutions in the ecosystem of other large IT :
- Conduct requirement discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Propose and lead the solution design based on key requirements and ServiceNow capabilities.
- Help with key tech decisions after evaluating alternative options. Should advise changes on processes as per solution.
- Work closely with development team to implement the solution and ensure scalability and performant apps.
Required Skills
- In depth knowledge of GRC, IRM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, Service Portal and other ServiceNow applications.
- Ability to evaluate if customisation is must vs Out of the box implementation.
- Sound knowledge of platform optimisation, performant systems and security practices.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server etc with third party systems.
- Handson experience with HTML, CSS, Angular JS, Bootstrap, JQuery, AJAX, JavaScript etc.
- Ownership of the end-to-end delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team collaboration and ability to help the stakeholders understand overall approach.
- Commitment for timelines and solution quality.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
