Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across our enterprise. As a strategic technical leader, you will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow architectures, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain architectural standards, roadmaps, and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 2+ years in an architect role.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and APIs.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Skills Required

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript).
  • Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with the Field Service Management (FSM) module is a nice-to-have.
