Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements. The candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure best practices, and support the overall ServiceNow platform strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and architect solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Lead implementation of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
• Define platform architecture, integration patterns, and data models.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and administrators.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Review code and enforce ServiceNow development best practices.
• Manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (APIs, middleware).
• Support upgrades, platform governance, and roadmap planning.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules.
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – preferred.
• 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years on ServiceNow.
