Job Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and technically skilled ServiceNow AI Specialist to support enterprise-scale intelligent automation initiatives for a client. This role will focus on designing and implementing AI-enabled solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem, leveraging technologies such as Now Assist, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Virtual Agent to enhance operational efficiency, user experience, and enterprise workflow automation.
The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on ServiceNow AI development expertise with strategic solutioning capabilities to deliver scalable, business-aligned intelligent automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform using Now Assist, Generative AI capabilities, NLP, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and workflow automation features.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation use cases, and conversational experiences aligned with enterprise transformation goals.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and intelligent automation initiatives, from discovery and use-case identification through solution design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
- Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow AI capabilities while ensuring seamless integration with core platform workflows, applications, and enterprise processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and platform teams to define AI strategy, roadmap, governance, and adoption approaches within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Provide technical leadership and implementation guidance across AI solutioning activities, balancing hands-on development with architectural oversight and best practices.
- Develop and optimize conversational flows, AI prompts, automation logic, and machine learning configurations to improve response accuracy, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Integrate AI-enabled workflows with enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party services to support broader digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor AI solution performance, user adoption, and operational metrics, continuously identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices within enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Developer, AI Specialist, or Intelligent Automation Consultant within enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, NLP, and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational AI, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled enterprise workflows.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform development including Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, APIs, and automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AI solution lifecycle, integration architecture, and enterprise automation practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently within a remote and distributed delivery environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow certifications related to AI, Virtual Agent, or platform implementation.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with cloud platforms, external AI services, or enterprise collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance considerations related to enterprise AI adoption.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or intelligent automation initiatives across large organizations.
