ServiceNow AI Architect
Experience: 10+ Years
Location : Bangalore (preferred)
Role Summary
Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow-centric AI and agentic workflows, enabling intelligent automation across financial processes (Source-to-pay/Order-to-cash/similar).
Key Responsibilities
•
Define end-to-end AI architecture within ServiceNow, including:
o
Now Assist
o
Agent Studio
o
Workflow Data Fabric (WDF)
•
Design agent orchestration patterns across workflows (multi-agent systems)
•
Integrate ServiceNow with external AI platforms (Databricks / Azure) for advanced reasoning
•
Enable agent-to-agent communication and hybrid AI architecture
•
Drive workflow-centric AI use cases (collections, disputes, cash application)
•
Ensure enterprise-grade governance, security, and scalability
•
Collaborate with business, integration, and engineering teams
Required Skills
•
Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture (CSM, App Engine, Flow Designer)
•
Exposure to ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, GenAI, Agent Studio)
•
Experience in designing AI-enabled enterprise workflows
•
Understanding of integration patterns (REST APIs, event-driven systems)
•
Experience working with external AI/ML platforms
Preferred Skills
•
Experience in Order-to-Cash / Accounts Receivable
•
Exposure to Databricks / Azure AI ecosystem
•
Experience designing agentic or multi-agent systems
Ideal Profile
