Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Agentic AI and Now Assist. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on automation and AI integration. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, configuring workflows, and implementing platform capabilities to enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will also identify opportunities to maximize ServiceNow's potential and provide technical support to address challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, including Agentic AI and Now Assist implementation, and the ability to create custom workflows and automations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and API integrations with third-party systems.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management (ITSM), HRSD and CSM
- Capability in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote capacity and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts and practices, as well as ServiceNow certifications (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
