Job Title: Platform Engineering Engineer III

Location: Chennai

Work Type: Hybrid

Position Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ServiceNow platform administration & configurations
• Perform instance upgrades & cloning
• Handle user access management & security controls
• Work on platform-specific enhancements & patches
• Integrate REST APIs for seamless system connectivity
• Install & manage plugins and modules
• Ensure system stability, performance & compliance

What Were Looking For:

• Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
• Strong knowledge of upgrades, patches & integrations
• Experience with REST API integrations
• Ability to manage instances independently
• Ready to join immediately
