What we are looking for: ServiceNow admin
Location : Mumbai (Thane)
Interview Mode : F2F discussion
Responsible for managing the ServiceNow platform including configuration, upgrades, user access, and performance tuning.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking basics, load balancers, SSL certificates, and integrations with enterprise tools.
Experience in ITSM modules, platform security, workflow/UI policies, ACLs, and troubleshooting infra-related issues.
Good to have: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL v4 Foundation
