Must Have Skills:
Technical Skills
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- Hands‑on knowledge of ITSM modules
- Experience working on a new or recently implemented ServiceNow platform
- Good understanding of:
- ACLs and security
- CMDB fundamentals
- Update sets
- Basic scripting (JavaScript – admin level)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and out‑of‑box capabilities
Good to Have Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory or highly preferred
- ITIL Foundation – Preferred
