We are looking for a ServiceMax professional who can work across development, administration, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceMax on Salesforce, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable field service solutions.
Key Responsibilities1. Development (ServiceMax + Salesforce)- Design and develop solutions on ServiceMax platform
- Customize objects, workflows, triggers, and Apex classes
- Build integrations with external systems (ERP, IoT, etc.)
- Work on Lightning components / Visualforce (if required)
- Ensure performance optimization and scalable architecture
2. Administration- Configure ServiceMax modules (Work Orders, Service Contracts, Installed Products, etc.)
- Manage users, roles, profiles, and permissions
- Handle data management, validation rules, and automation
- Support release management and deployments
- Troubleshoot issues and provide L2/L3 support
3. Business Analysis- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate requirements into functional specifications
- Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs
- Prepare BRD / FRD / user stories
- Ensure alignment with field service best practices
Required Skills- Strong experience in ServiceMax (Core + Asset 360 preferred)
- Good knowledge of Salesforce platform
- Hands-on with:
- Work Orders & Dispatch Management
- Preventive Maintenance
- Installed Base Management
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, Flows
- Understanding of field service operations
- Integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs)
Preferred Skills- Experience with ServiceMax Asset 360
- Salesforce certifications (Admin / Platform Developer)
- Knowledge of FSM (Field Service Management) domain
- Experience in industries like Manufacturing, Energy, or Healthcare
Soft Skills- Strong communication & stakeholder management
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Nice to Have- Experience with Mobility solutions (ServiceMax Go / mobile apps)
- Exposure to AI/analytics in field service
- Agile/Scrum experience
