</div><div>We are a growing asbestos abatement and environmental services company seeking an experienced and motivated <strong>General Manager</strong> to oversee operations, support business development, and help lead our team to continued success.<br><br>
</div><div>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.<br><br>
</div><div>What You’ll Do<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Meet with potential clients to assess project needs and prepare estimates </li>
<li> Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, property managers, and insurance professionals </li>
<li> Oversee scheduling, production coordination, and daily operations </li>
<li> Support and supervise field teams to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently </li>
<li> Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEQ, and company safety standards </li>
<li> Work with admin to manage project documentation and administrative processes </li>
<li> Participate in networking and marketing efforts to grow business opportunities </li>
<li> Help foster a positive, team-oriented company culture </li>

<li> Strong leadership and communication skills </li>
<li> Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities </li>
<li> Professional and customer-service-oriented attitude </li>
<li> Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems </li>
<li> Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li>
<li> Valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record </li>
<li> Ability to pass a background check and drug screening </li>
<li> Previous experience in asbestos abatement, environmental services, restoration, construction, or related industries preferred </li>
<li> Knowledge of asbestos regulations and safety procedures is a plus </li>
