<strong>We are currently looking for a new teammate, someone who has integrity, dedication, and experience in the restoration industry for our open Lead Carpenter position. <br></strong><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</div><ul>
<li>Review the production sheets with project manager.</li>
<li>5+ years experience in the industry - drywall, framing, cabinets, flooring, etc. </li>
<li>Completes job to specifications of customer's request.</li>
<li>Excels in customer service and enjoys working with the public.</li>
<li>Regularly communicate with team, Project Manager, and customer.</li>
<li>Practices on-the-job safety, which includes wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), when appropriate and encourages safety among fellow team members.</li>
<li>Responsible for equipment and materials to complete the assignment properly and on schedule.</li>
<li>Responds to demands of 24/7 emergency service companies.</li>
<li>Willing to take on a leadership role.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Must Haves:</strong></div><div>· Five (5) years of carpentry or construction experience.</div><div>· Displays knowledge of up-to-date construction standards and techniques.</div><ul>
<li>Willingness to share knowledge and train others.</li>
<li>Critical thinking/ problem solving skills. </li>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Valid PA driver’s license</li>
<li>Clean driving record defined as: no DUI-related violations within the past five-years and no more than three moving violations within the past three-years.</li>
<li>Willing to work overtime as required and be part of the on-call team responding to after-hour emergencies on a rotating basis (evenings and weekends). Regular schedule: M-F 8:00a-4:30p.</li>
<li>Clean criminal background check</li>
